Our Sports Performance Camp is designed to enhance the natural growth and development stages of young athletes by improving their strength, explosiveness, mobility, balance, coordination and technique.

Male and Female athletes ages 11-17

Tuesday and Thursdays 5:45pm -6:45pm

June 4- July 30

no workouts week of 7/1

all workouts at Sozo Family Fitness

This program will focus on developing essential skills to improve athletic performance and fitness.

Weekly sessions will include:

  • dynamic warm-ups

  • drills to improve linear speed

  • agility exercises

  • plyometric drills

  • strength training tailored to young athletes

  • cool-down stretches

  • emphasis on proper form and injury prevention

COST: 12 sessions for $200

About Coach Eric Hammond:

With over twenty years of coaching and training experience, Coach Eric is a passionate advocate for proper training for youth athletes. He as extensive experience coaching athletes at every level from ages 8 and up.
